Хороший вариант для краткосрочного пребывания Positive: Хорошее место для краткосрочного пребывания в Лондоне. Быстро и легко добираться в любую точку города. Рядом автобусные остановки и станция метро. Много объектов инфраструктуры - магазины, кафе. Чистая постель, достаточное количество полотенец и всегда горячий душ. Удобное заселение, спокойный район. Есть вентилятор для жаркой погоды и обогреватель для холодной. А также персональный чайник, микроволновка и небольшой холодильник. Negative: Слышимость из других номеров и общих зон высокая. Но для человека, путешествующего в одиночку, это даже было плюсом - знать, что рядом есть другие люди)

Misleading listing, poor accommodation in a questionable place Positive: That it was so close to Clapham common. Negative: Where do i start?the place was filthy,stained curtains&bedding,dust everywhere,marks on walls.the bed was coming apart as it was two cubes put together not attaching, with the mattress put on top of a ply slab (that was not in great condition either). Floor boards coming apart a s floor not clean either.the check in details,as was the listing were not accurate.the picture was not where we stayed.the check in stated the lockbox was on the left, it had been moved to the right so we were confused as to if we were trying to get into the right building.we checked in at 5am and had to contact the host as the keypad on the room door was so temperamental we ended up getting locked out.contacted the three numbers we were sent and got a reply at 7am so we sat on the stairs for an hour, eventually tried the door again and this time it worked.host called back at 7am so two hours after we made contact.this was an emergency.the building was on an estate and at 4am there was a group of about 20 people getting high on laughing gas right outside which was intimidating.this is a hostel, not a guest house.
