Central London- Zone 1/2 En-suite Room

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Great location for our needs. Positive: The location was good, room was clean and fresh but very small. Our room was very top of the house with a very narrow and steep staircase which is not great for people with mobility issues, especially travelling with large suitcase. Perhaps this should be mentioned in room description at the outset. Also a nice touch would be a couple of teabags or coffee sachets for guests arriving from afar as you don’t always think of bringing your own and arriving late afternoon, a hot drink would have been welcome. All in all though it was pleasant and we’d definitely stay there again. Negative: We would have been happier being on the ground floor due to mobility. But we managed which was good.

Positive: Great location for us. Very close to all transport, restaurants and supermarkets. Basic room but Spotlessly clean with own jug, fridge and microwave - access to good kitchen facilities (we didn’t use) and washer &dryer which was very helpful. Communication and access instructions very good

Great place, close to tube, clean, has all the facilities in one room, just needs better bed Positive: Location great - very close to Clapham Common tube. Felt like a safe environment Negative: The bed was not comfortable
