Comfortable, clean room close to underground Positive: Clean and comfortable. Great location close to nice local restaurants and clapham common underground. Cleaners came in every day to clean. There’s a washing machine and tumble dryer to use if you need it. Room 2 is behind the kitchen, closest to the the doors opening to the back yard. Negative: There are some small maintenance tasks to be completed (shower door broken, extractor fan in very small 1,5 x 1m bathroom broken). Room 2 is on the bottom floor, and you can clearly hear all movements from the room above - floorboards creaking very loudly. The room doors / toilet door has a electric handle and when adding the code to enter, it is quite loud (feel like you’re distracting other guests if you go to the toilet late in the night.

Positive: The position of the house is very convenient (close to tube and bus station, close to supermarkets and a lot of restaurants). The kitchen was cleaned daily, and the room was very clean when we moved in. The staff was extremely quick in replying to our chat messages here on Booking, and that helped us significantly. Moreover, they replaced our towels as soon as we asked for them halfway through our stay in the room. Negative: We were (I imagine) in the only room without a bathroom nor fridge inside, so we had to go through the shared kitchen to reach our toilet and shower. As a few other guests have remarked, the noise isolation is not the best, as we could hear every step of the guests in the room above ours, and everything that was going on in the kitchen (the latter might be an issue only with the room we were in, room 2).

Comodo e pulitissimo! Positive: Sono state molte le cose che ci sono piaciute: la vicinanza alla fermata della metro, raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi, la pulizia della stanza e il letto confortevole, lo staff che, nonostante non fosse fisicamente presente in struttura, ci ha assistito tramite messaggistica. Il ragazzo delle pulizie che abbiamo incrociato l’ultima mattina, prima di fare il check out è di una gentilezza incredibile, così come lo sono gli host della struttura! Dalla fermata della metro (linea nera) si raggiunge il centro molto facilmente, in 5/6 fermate si possono raggiungere i maggiori punti di interesse. Vicino all’albergo ci sono negozi e anche bakery dove poter fare colazione! Negative: Il bagno è privato, Come da descrizione su Booking, però lo abbiamo trovato fuori dalla stanza. È comunque privato, accessibile solo con il codice fornito dagli host ed è veramente pulito!

No cocincide con la descripción Positive: La ubicación buena Negative: El baño no es privado!! como indica en la descripción, está fuera de la habitación y se comparte con el resto de habitaciones. Tienes que esperar a que salgan para entrar tú. ¡eso no es baño privado!. La cama se hunde en el medio
