Positive: Alloggio in un bel quartiere comodo ai servizi Negative: Il bagno piccolo, con un lavandino minuscolo, benché ad uso privato non era accessibile direttamente dalla camera ma occorreva salire una rampa di scala in comune con gli altri ospiti

Positive: Die Küche war in Ordnung, etwas zu wenig Besteck. . Negative: Das Bad lag außerhalb des Zimmers im Treppenhaus (ursprüngliche Besenkammer). Es war extrem klein. Das Waschbecken war hinter der Toilette und kaum zu erreichen, dazu noch viel zu klein zum Zähneputzen. Die Matratze im Bett ist sehr durchgelegen und unkompfortabel. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, über dem Zimmer knarzt die Decke, wenn darüber jemand läuft, man hört jeden Schritt....

Positive: O local era próximo à estação de metrô e vários restaurantes e supermercados. Negative: No momento da escolha de locais para ficar, fiz questão de marcar "banheiro privativo", esse quarto tinha um banheiro que somente nós poderíamos usar, no entanto, era no andar de cima! Muito pequeno para que pudéssemos nos trocar com conforto, se ele estivesse dentro do quarto não seria tão desconfortável. Mas o que realmente está me incomodando, é o fato da acomodação não ter me avisado que seria assim, considero que tenho direito de saber que o banheiro está fora do quarto, pois era um dos itens do meu filtro!!! O vidro do box também estava solto e caiu em cima do meu marido e as toalhas não foram trocadas mesmo quando deixei um aviso na porta, tive que me enxugar com um toalha úmida por duas vezes.

Comfortable, clean room close to underground Positive: Clean and comfortable. Great location close to nice local restaurants and clapham common underground. Cleaners came in every day to clean. There’s a washing machine and tumble dryer to use if you need it. Room 2 is behind the kitchen, closest to the the doors opening to the back yard. Negative: There are some small maintenance tasks to be completed (shower door broken, extractor fan in very small 1,5 x 1m bathroom broken). Room 2 is on the bottom floor, and you can clearly hear all movements from the room above - floorboards creaking very loudly. The room doors / toilet door has a electric handle and when adding the code to enter, it is quite loud (feel like you’re distracting other guests if you go to the toilet late in the night.

Positive: The position of the house is very convenient (close to tube and bus station, close to supermarkets and a lot of restaurants). The kitchen was cleaned daily, and the room was very clean when we moved in. The staff was extremely quick in replying to our chat messages here on Booking, and that helped us significantly. Moreover, they replaced our towels as soon as we asked for them halfway through our stay in the room. Negative: We were (I imagine) in the only room without a bathroom nor fridge inside, so we had to go through the shared kitchen to reach our toilet and shower. As a few other guests have remarked, the noise isolation is not the best, as we could hear every step of the guests in the room above ours, and everything that was going on in the kitchen (the latter might be an issue only with the room we were in, room 2).
