Very clean and cosy place. Positive: How clean and warm the room was. Negative: The was a cracking noise every time that somebody was walking on the floor above making it difficult for you to sleep. The bathroom is private but you have to walk through the kitchen and the stairs.

Positive: Perfect spot for a one night stay. Very close to Clapham common station with good connections to central.

Such a great base for travellers to SW London. Positive: The location was excellent - minutes from the tube and not much further from Clapham Common where we needed to be. A great location to explore Battersea, Chelsea, Clapham and easy to get to London Bridge on the tube. The rooms and house was clean, simple and very smart. Excellent hot shower. The bathroom to Room 2 was separate but exclusive. A little small and possibly not suited to a larger person but perfectly clean, functional and with lovely toiletries. Would definitely come back if needed to be in the area. Negative: Garden needs some tending! Would prefer a TV in the room for 'company'
