Nice owners and well-equipped rooms but in need of an upgrade Positive: Location was good and walking distance from the underground, wifi was strong and the room was well-equipped with a fridge, microwave and kettle. There was also a communal kitchen with an oven/hob for cooking. The owners were really communicative and sent clear instructions ahead of check-in. Negative: Someone had broken the Yale lock at the front entrance so the door wasn't secure - however there was a locksmith there to repair first thing the next morning. There had been some sort of a leak under the floorboards in my room that I only noticed after I got wet socks from walking over. The shower door had come off the rail and was hard to open/close and the hot water took a long time to heat up. The walls were pretty thin and I could hear people wandering around and talking about 3am so didn't get the best sleep. This place had potential but is in need of some care and attention to be worth the money.
