Grest room with all required facilities. It was adequately provided with essentials and everything was good. Keyless entry was a great feature that helped us to avoid the hassle of having to keep a card or key around when outside. Wifi was good. Room was recently refurbished. Beds were comfortable. Location was a residential area with easy proximity to the train station and bus stops. Tesco and sainsbury were also nearby. Host responded within minutes.

Convenient location, clean room, very comfortable beds. I will note that the studio is right next to the front door for the block of studios and so you can hear people going in and out, not ideal if you’re a light sleeper.I’d definitely stay here again, good value and communicative hosts. There was a minor issue where the flat number wasn’t on the message with the key info, and I wasn’t checking in til 4am. Thankfully they had plenty of phone numbers for me to contact and someone picked up right away despite the very early hour to help out.

I stayed at the apartment and it was honestly really great. Great location, check-in was super easy, and communication with the host was extremely fast, helpful, and attentive. There were no issues during the stay, and it matched everything listed. It was also located very close to two subway/metro stations, which made connecting to the city and tourist areas really easy. Plus, there were shops nearby if you needed to buy anything.

Overall, the flat was fine as a base for exploring London. Bus and train stops are within a 10–15-minute walk. The room was clean and check-in went smoothly. Unfortunately, the photos online didn’t match what we actually found. An extra bed had been put in the room, which made it very cramped. The table shown in the photo had been replaced with a small side table. It wasn’t very comfortable for two people to have a meal at.We would also have liked a small bedside lamp to have some light by the bed. Despite what was stated online, the room wasn’t cleaned. On arrival, we noticed that one of the windows didn’t close properly. Unfortunately, this wasn’t repaired before we left, even though the room was on the ground floor facing the street.Bed linen, towels, washing-up liquid, shampoo and a hairdryer were provided. The room was perfectly fine for a few days. It’s not really suitable for a long stay.
