Terrible and expensive
Positive: The location.
Negative: Not suitable for travellers with large luggage. Narrow staircase upstairs and downstairs where kitchen and washing machine are. Room was tiny with small fan. You can only get in to bed from one side.

This is exactly what is says it is. VERY TINY byt great if you need a bed before an early train. Room is so small its hard to fit 2 people in it, a double bed would be better than a queen, sink is too small to fill a kettle or a water bottle but it was clean!I would stay here of you have a long trip, because you just have so little room, but it is PERFECT for a quick over night

Very very cozy (tiny) room AND very clean, efficient & close to Euston Tube station. Shops, restaurants and sightseeing activities close by.
