Room 10 mins to Waterloo by tube

The room was exactly as advertised, and the location was great too! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Uncomfortable and unbearable. Positive: The location was okay. Negative: I got to the property we climbed two flights of stairs to our room then noticed it was shared bathrooms which didn’t state clearly on the booking. It started off not good at all could hear a lot of noise from other guests, tried to unwind and unpack a little but the room had no air flow at all it was absolutely boiling I knew we was not going to get much sleep. The noise kept slamming as we got put next to the bathroom. The windows and fan didn’t help much at all it then got to the point where we have to evacuate it was an awful experience as a whole. We contacted the host they wasn’t very responsive so we contacted booking.com they also tried reaching out and didn’t get much luck we were due to stay two nights and we only stayed in the property for about two hours. I’ve never had this problem before with any past stays. Didn’t get no apology or refund at all. I would not recommend this stay.
