Fine for a few nights if you are expecting shared accommodation Positive: Great location and comfy bed for a couple of nights. The owner granted my refund request for the nights I didn't use (as I decided to change accommodation after realising the error) which I appreciated. They were unaware of the listing being misrepresentative and it was clear on their airbnb listing so I think it was a mistake and was pleased they agreed to recitfy it. Negative: Unfortunately the initial description for this place made it appear as though I was booking a whole apartment instead of a tiny room with a shared bathroom between many other rooms. I was not the only one who got caught by this. Also I was charged a higher rate for my room per night than my neighbours despite being a room half the size. I asked for my rate to be matched and this request was denied. The owner also initially said booking would not allow them to backdate the refund date, but booking denied this claim. I'm not sure who was right but I did get my money back for all nights I didn't stay so I felt the accommodation was adequate. I hope the listing has been updated to make it clear it is shared accommodation though.

It was not for me. Positive: The room was clean. The sheets and towels and overall the room was well maintained and equipped with the necessary things. Negative: The description was inaccurate: the room was on floor -1, and the bathroom was on floor 2. I never get to use the bathroom.i tried to use the bathroom three times, going up the stairs from the basement to floor 2 but it was always occupied.I was tired already but this made me more. I know the bathroom was shared but shared with this many guests was not mentioned in the description. There was a toilet on the ground floor, which was clean but very small can not be used to freshen up. I was also frustrated by the unclear lock system, which took me half hour to figure out. I tried to call several times to get help but not responding only replying to email which was waste of time. Why not tell about the door lock earlier. I had planned to rest, stay overnight, and explore London attractions the next morning, but I had to leave early because I couldn't rest, freshen up, or even access the bathroom. This completely disrupted my plans and was a complete waste of money.

very nice cosy room, very clean, the shared bathroom was warm and clean, honestly everything at this property was spot o Positive: everything was so clean !!!!!! Negative: nothing !!!!!
