London Bridge Room

Great location, cute and nicely presented overall. Positive: Very clean and tidy room. Exactly as pictured. Great location: close to shops, buses, and trains. Our room (Room 3) was on the ground floor, which was very convenient with luggage. Only had to walk up 3 steps at the door. Rooms are well-equipped with a fridge, wardrobe, microwave, kettle, and secure digital locks. Cute and nicely presented overall. Negative: If you book a different room number to room 3 the access to the others rooms (above or below) could be tricky with heavy suitcases, as the stairs are narrow and steep. Toilet is outside and the main bathroom is on level 3. It would be great if guests were informed about this before booking. No filtered water or refill station available, only option is filling up from the bathroom. Our street-level room was noisy at night due to passing cars, and the walls are a bit thin, so we could the next room talking until late. After our stay, we received a message asking us to only leave a 5-star review, and to send a private message instead if we planned on giving less than 5 stars. This came across as a bit pushy and made the review process feel less authentic.
