Loved it. Steps from the town center and 4 mins to the train station. It takes 15 min if that to get to Waterloo station which dumps you next to the London eye. Check in was simple thanks to the video.

Not great, but okay
Positive: Location is central and has parking.
Negative: There was a foul smell in the corridor and also the shower gel dispenser was empty and we had to refill ourselves. Also the shower was not draining properly and there was a dip in the middle of the shower plate.
Good to know
