Positive: Great location Negative: Stairs

Great location- not what i paid for though Positive: Great location, clean basically new. Quiet and safe. Negative: Room was boiling- very grateful for the fan but dod little to reduce temperature- it is summer but this was not during the heat wave. I paid for a private bathroom but it was shared - initial co creations with the owner were good but then was ghosted when I suggested a refund to match the price of a shared bathroom.

Handy pit stop for night tube Positive: Bed was comfortable Fan, kettle, wardrobe and fridge provided Negative: Shared bathroom - was advertised as private, but I let the owners know so they could amend the advert. Entry system is tricky, with various codes and chance of locking yourself out of your room of you dont memorise the code/take your phone with you. Some traffic noise as on main road (fan allows you to keep windows shut)

perfect place to stay at if you're traveling Positive: Communication was swift, had to ask for some towels and they delivered them to me as promised. Bed was comfortable, no complaints.
