Easy access to central London

Clean good location a little noisy Positive: Good location for me Negative: I had noisy guests below me

Easy communication with the owners Positive: Easy access to the property Negative: Nothing

Positive: I liked the location, the cleanliness. The only staff member I saw was the cleaner who was friendly and helpful. Negative: My room didn't have any cutlery, toaster, or plates so there was no way to cook anything. I noticed some of the rooms did have a small kitchen but mine didn't. There was no where to wash cups, clothes and only a very small sink in the bathroom which made even filling up the kettle difficult. There were 3 containers on the wall but there was no labels indicating which was soap, shampoo and conditioner. It would of been nice to know what was what.
